Jag tror Seawolf menar att kartorna var från tidigare perioder men att de sammanställdes 1517.

För övrigt är det uppfriskande med fantasifulla människor, och den där tyske forskaren som enligt skriften hade 2000 patent när han dog var nog kusin till en annan tysk som hette Däniken...

Hittade snabbt följande lilla pärla i texten:

Och skräp till forskare som inte ens vet om det hände på förmiddagen eller eftermiddagen...
